We're Hiring: Experienced Housekeeping Manager
Holiday Inn Express
Are you a passionate leader who takes pride in delivering exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction? We're looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team at the Holiday Inn Express.
What We're Looking For:
✨ Previous housekeeping management experience in a hotel is required.
✨ Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
✨ Proven ability to train, coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
✨ Strong leadership, organization, and time-management skills.
✨ Commitment to maintaining exceptional cleanliness and brand standards.
✨ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while leading by example.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the housekeeping department.
️ Ensure guest rooms and public areas consistently exceed cleanliness standards.
Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
Create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.
Manage daily staffing, inspections, inventory, and productivity.
⭐ Deliver an outstanding guest experience through attention to detail and operational excellence.
