What are you motivated by?:

The Housekeeping Supervisor maintains the highest cleaning standards for Resort property and unit interiors to ensure Owners and guests enjoy safe, clean, and attractive accommodations with friendly and attentive service.

What you're great at:

  • Responsibilities listed may not apply to all locations
  • Directs and performs all housekeeping duties from cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, linen replacement to laundry, and inventory management of housewares
  • Performs or assists with cleaning duties as necessary
  • Establishes an employee work schedule and plans daily work assignments
  • Trains and coaches employee in laundry and housekeeping
  • Checks equipment to ensure that it is in working order
  • Cooperates with the housekeeping staff and other departments to provide quality service to all Owners and guests
  • Controls lost and found articles
  • Inspects and evaluates the physical condition of facilities to determine the type of work needed
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of the storage area
  • Orders cleaning materials and maintains a budget
  • Responds quickly to requests from guests and other departments
  • Inspects units daily
  • Follows all company policies and procedures
  • Practices safe working conditions under the Occupational Safety and Health Administration guidelines, including Bloodborne Pathogens
  • Develops and maintains positive working relationships within the team
  • Counsels and disciplines employees
  • All other duties as assigned
