Equifax is recruiting highly motivated students with strong collaboration and communication skills for its Technology Rotational Development Program. Technology professionals at Equifax solve critical business problems and enhance the product performance of our company.
What you will do
  • The Technology Rotational Development Program (RDP) is a formalized two-year training program consisting of rotations within various technology disciplines.
  • Ability to gain experience by cross-training in the various areas within the Technology organization and other key related functions.
  • Formalized training and development throughout the rotational program.
  • Opportunity for in-depth learning about cloud technologies, and our products, customers, and business.
  • Exposure to Senior Leadership.

What experience you will need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or equivalent field; Completion of coursework by May 2027.
  • Detail-oriented and timeline driven with an emphasis on accuracy and results.
  • Ability to understand the big picture as well as pay attention to detail.
  • Proven creativity, problem solving and decision-making ability.
  • Excellent leadership, teamwork and service skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
