We’re looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, bilingual professional to join our team in an on-site part-time role. We need someone who is more than an assistant — you’re a self-starter who can take ownership, stay ahead of deadlines, and keep the business running smoothly.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • QuickBooks bookkeeping and account management
  • Bank and account reconciliation
  • Payroll processing and support
  • Financial reporting and auditing
  • Scheduling and appointment coordination
  • Strong calendar and time management Administrative and office support Data entry, document organization, and record keeping
  • Working efficiently across multiple apps and software platforms
  • Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy


IDEAL CANDIDATE: Bilingual — English/Spanish preferred.

  • Advanced QuickBooks knowledge
  • Strong bookkeeping and reconciliation experience
  • Comfortable with payroll and financial reporting
