Job description

We are a boutique high-end dental practice in search of a full-time administrative bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will have dental knowledge as well as bookkeeping experience being highly organized with amazing follow-through and consistency in executing tasks.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring outstanding treatments + balances via Dentrix
  • Posting debits and credits
  • Managing accounts payable
  • Producing and sending invoices
  • Assisting the administrative team with completing payroll
  • This role is expected to require 40 hours per week.
  • This team member will be asked to report to work in our Bensonhurst, Brooklyn location

Administrative Bookkeeper Objectives:

  • Collaborate with administrators to maintain accurate financial records.
  • We are a results-driven organization and the success of this role will ultimately be measured by accomplishing tasks in a consistent and accurate measure.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience using Dentrix
  • Proficient in Excel 
  • Experience recording financial transactions
  • You must be VERY self-disciplined. We don’t micromanage anyone here. We focus on hiring VERY WELL and managing VERY LITTLE.
