As a member of the Hotel Sales Task Force, your primary responsibilities may include prospecting new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting site tours, and generating group and corporate bookings for the property. You’ll often step in during periods of staff transition, high demand, or when sales support is urgently needed, requiring you to quickly learn the property's unique selling points and sales goals. This role often involves collaborating closely with local sales teams, operations staff, and hotel management to ensure seamless service and communication. While assignments vary in length, adaptability and the ability to produce immediate results are highly valued. Success in this position can open the door to permanent sales roles or advancement within larger hospitality organizations.
