Job Description

What You Will Do:

  • Find and close new business by proactively reaching out to potential clients through calls, networking, site visits, and industry events-turning prospects into long-term partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts that ensure clarity, accuracy, and mutual success-your attention to detail makes the difference.
  • Plan and coordinate the details of each event or group booking, including space setup, timing, equipment, menus, and billing-making sure no detail gets missed.
  • Create and track monthly SMART goals that align with hotel revenue targets and help you stay on course-and ahead.
  • Manage existing relationships with professionalism and care, ensuring repeat business and enthusiastic referrals.
  • Maintain organized, accurate records using systems like Delphi or CI/TY, so everyone stays informed and on track.
