This unique multi-site role is ideal for an experienced Human Resources professional who enjoys supporting multiple facilities, mentoring HR leaders, and partnering with operations to ensure consistency, compliance, and excellence across the region.

Reporting directly to the Regional Human Resources Director, the Senior HR Director serves as an extension of regional leadership by providing hands‑on support to Human Resources teams throughout Wisconsin. This position is perfect for someone ready to take the next step beyond a facility‑level HR Director or HR Manager while continuing to make a direct impact in the field.

What You'll Do

  • Travel to centers to assist during leadership transitions, vacancies, leaves of absence, or periods of increased operational need.

  • Mentor, train, and onboard new Human Resources Directors to ensure consistency with company policies and best practices.

  • Conduct personnel file audits and support regulatory compliance initiatives.

  • Assist with employee relations investigations, performance management, corrective actions, and terminations.

  • Provide guidance on leave administration, payroll processes, onboarding, and HR compliance.

  • Support union‑related matters, including grievance preparation and contract interpretation when applicable.

  • Collaborate with the Regional Human Resources Director on special projects and regional initiatives.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, collaboration, and exceptional employee support.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • 3–5 years of Human Resources experience in long‑term care or healthcare strongly preferred.

  • Experience as a facility Human Resources Director or comparable HR leadership role preferred.

  • Knowledge of employment law, employee relations, leave administration, onboarding, and compliance.

  • Experience with HRIS systems such as ADP or UKG.

  • Union experience is a plus.

  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is preferred.

  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently throughout the Wisconsin region.

What Makes You Successful
  • A collaborative leader who enjoys coaching and developing others.

  • Strong communicator with exceptional organizational skills.

  • Able to build trusted relationships with leaders at every level.

  • Adaptable, solutions‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.

  • Committed to delivering outstanding Human Resources support while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Why Complete Care?

At Complete Care, you'll join a growing healthcare organization committed to supporting our employees as they provide exceptional care to our residents. This role offers the opportunity to expand your leadership experience, work alongside an experienced Regional HR team, and make a meaningful impact across multiple facilities while advancing your career.
