Location: Houston, TX

Compensation: $60,000–$65,000 base salary plus commission and bonus potential

Role Summary:

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to support a luxury hotel in Houston, TX. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, growing strategic client relationships, and driving revenue across corporate, social, and group segments.


The ideal candidate is energetic, polished, and highly motivated by business development and relationship-building. This individual will play a key role in expanding market presence, generating new accounts, and positioning the property as a preferred destination within the Houston market.

Required Work Experience:
