Job Description

Our Industry Experts Program connects Applaudo with decision-makers through warm, trusted introductions. As a Hospitality Industry Expert, you leverage your relationships across hotel groups, resorts, travel platforms, and hospitality technology companies to open doors for Applaudo. You earn a commission on every deal closed from your introductions. This is a fully remote, independent contractor partnership, not a salaried position.

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies and qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in leadership, advisory, or consulting roles within the hospitality industry
  • C-level, VP, Director, or senior consultant profile
  • Active network of decision-makers across hotel brands, resort operators, travel platforms, or hospitality technology
  • Strong reputation and credibility within the hospitality ecosystem
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory)
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

  • Identify and introduce qualified contacts from your hospitality network who could benefit from Applaudo's digital transformation services
  • Provide warm introductions to key decision-makers (VP level and above) at hotel chains, resort groups, travel and booking platforms, and hospitality technology providers
  • Collaborate with Applaudo's sales team on target profiles and introduction strategy
  • Participate in periodic check-ins and activation campaigns
  • Share hospitality industry context, including trends in guest experience, property management systems, and digital booking, that help our team tailor their approach
