Our diverse and inclusive culture enables our employees to bring their unique selves to work and be proud of doing so. It's in our differences that we will keep revolutionising the way for our customers. We are better together!
What We Do...
We're people who love technology but know that hoteliers just want things to be simple. So since 2006 we've been constantly innovating our world-leading hotel commerce platform to help accommodation owners find and book more guests online - quickly and simply.
We've helped everyone from boutique hotels to big chains, enabling travellers to book igloos, cabins, castles, holiday parks, campsites, pubs, resorts, Airbnbs, and everything in between.
And today, we're the world's leading open hotel commerce platform, supporting 50,000 hotels in 150+ countries - with over 130 million reservations processed by SiteMinder's technology every year.
About the Hospitality Solutions Consultant (Hotel Tech)
We are looking for a high-performing Hospitality Solutions Consultant to join our North America team in Irving, Texas. This is a client-facing, pre-sales role focused on supporting enterprise and mid-market hotel opportunities by bringing deep hospitality expertise into the sales process. You will partner closely with Account Executives to translate hotel operations, revenue strategy, and distribution needs and opportunities into clear, value-focused solutions powered by SiteMinder's platform.
What you'll do...
  • Partner with Account Executives on discovery calls to identify hotel operational pain points, revenue gaps, and distribution inefficiencies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in hotel operations, revenue management, and hospitality technology throughout the sales cycle.
  • Support mid-to-late stage opportunities by clearly articulating business value, ROI, and measurable outcomes.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to each hotel's size, segment, and distribution strategy.
  • Translate platform capabilities into outcomes such as increased direct bookings, reduced OTA dependency, and improved operational efficiency.
  • Respond effectively to technical and operational questions from hotel stakeholders during the sales process.
  • Train and enable Sales teams on hospitality fundamentals including RevPAR, ADR, channel mix, and hotel tech ecosystems.
  • Contribute to sales playbooks and best practices across different hotel segments (privately owned, boutique, enterprise, multi-property groups).
  • Help elevate the overall consultative selling approach across the North America sales organization.

What you have...
  • Extensive experience in one or more of the following: hotel operations, revenue management, or hospitality technology (Solutions Consultant / Sales Engineer / Customer Success).
  • Strong understanding of hotel systems and ecosystem including PMS, channel managers, booking engines, CRS, and distribution platforms.
  • Proven ability to connect operational needs to measurable business outcomes and revenue impact.
  • Experience supporting or participating in complex B2B SaaS sales cycles in a pre-sales or consultative role.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage both operational and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities in parallel with strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to contribute to deal strategy and support revenue outcomes.
  • Experience delivering product demonstrations or solution presentations in a client-facing environment.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality distribution and revenue management concepts (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with integration ecosystems across PMS, RMS, CRS, and booking engines (mandatory).
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Irving, TX (Dallas-Fort Worth) - Hybrid
