Description

As the Hospitality Tech you can look forward to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to property owners and guests.
  • Provide exceptional cleaning to meet company standards including departure cleans, deep cleans and touch-up cleans.
  • Support housekeeping, inspection, and laundry activities for 100+ units in coordination with the Hospitality Manager and Leaders.
  • Assist with property inspections on turn-day cleans for multiple units as assigned.
  • Deliver linens, bedding, and other items as needed to units.
  • Respond quickly and courteously to guest and owner issues that are elevated to your level.
  • Complete detailed property inventories and inspections by required deadlines as directed.
  • Assist in laundry operations as directed by Hospitality Manager.
  • Communicate with multiple departments as needed to maintain all properties to a high standard.
  • Assist Property Manager, Hospitality Manager and Hospitality Leader as assigned.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Work effectively in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining high standards and efficiency.
  • Work through challenging situations without lowering quality expectations.
  • Solid multi-tasking skills along with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness and ability to work weekends and holidays as business requires (40 hrs/week - some possible overtime in the peak summer season)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance along with a positive attitude.
  • Be a team player and be willing to learn.
  • Use smart phone and/or wireless tablet to monitor and update tasks and assignments.
  • Prior experience with vacation rental software Track is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid drivers license

Physically you can anticipate to:

  • Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and use your arms and legs.
  • Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation
