Job description

As Senior Account Executive, you'll help shape and grow our new hospitality sales division. This opportunity will drive revenue growth by leveraging your sales strategy and relationship management skills to target high-value opportunities to drive revenue growth.

In This Role

  • Identify and drive new sales opportunities and manage a growing client base 
  • Identify opportunities to expand key accounts, manage the sales pipeline, and consistently exceed sales targets 
  • Develop and implement growth strategies tailored to the hospitality and commercial design sectors 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as a trusted resource for business needs 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for general inquiries, providing strategic support and resolving issues  
  • Lead client negotiations, ensuring outcomes that align with both client and company objectives, addressing challenges promptly and balancing client needs with business priorities 
  • Provide insights during bi-weekly Sales Operations meetings to improve team and departmental performance  
  • Attend hospitality industry events such as tradeshows and conferences to strengthen brand visibility and engagement with industry stakeholders 
  • Work with internal teams to gather market data, develop actionable strategies, and ensure a seamless client experience 
  • Provide feedback, questions, and new ideas to improve processes on hospitality and sales sector 
  • Stay informed on industry trends and market changes to make informed decisions and maintain a competitive edge 
  • Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person

  • 8+ years of outsides sales experience in hospitality/contract furniture industry 
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Understanding of the furniture industry, hospitality, and design, with the ability to translate insights into effective, actionable sales strategies 
  • Frequent travel required
