Lubbock Heart & Surgical Hospital is seeking a Risk Manager (RN) to lead patient safety and risk initiatives in a collaborative, physician-owned hospital setting. If you’re passionate about creating safer care environments and driving meaningful change, we’d love to connect with you.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the hospital’s risk management program and patient safety efforts
  • Review and analyze incident/claims data to identify trends and reduce risk
  • Partner with leadership, physicians, and quality teams to improve outcomes
  • Provide guidance on regulatory compliance and risk-related issues
  • Support investigations, patient safety events, and high-risk complaints
  • Deliver training and education to promote a culture of safety

What You Bring

  • Active RN license (TX) + BSN required
  • 5+ years of hospital-based clinical experience
  • 2+ years in risk management, leadership, or related role
  • CPHRM preferred
  • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
