Hospice On-Call Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals receiving hospice services. You will play a key role in ensuring patients are comfortable, safe, and well-cared-for during the on-call hours. This role involves working nights and weekends to provide support to patients and families during critical moments of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emergency calls for hospice patients during on-call shifts.
  • Provide direct nursing care and clinical assessments, including symptom management, pain relief, and end-of-life care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Educate patients and families on comfort measures, medications, and end-of-life care procedures.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all interactions and care provided.
  • Adhere to all hospice care policies, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications:
