On-Call Registered Nurse (7 On/7 Off) After-hours support. Mostly remote. Critical impact.

Join a compassionate team dedicated to providing comfort, support, and responsive end-of-life care when patients and families need it most. The After Hours On-Call Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing support, symptom management, and crisis intervention to hospice patients receiving care in home and facility settings during evenings, weekends, and after-hours coverage while collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, quality care.

Schedule, Hours & Territory • Dedicated on-call role with a rotating 7-days on/7-days off schedule • Coverage hours are 4:00 PM to 8:30 AM and the full weekend • Ingham County, MI
