Job Summary and Qualifications What qualifications you will need:
  • Minimum two years experience within a licensed and certified (Medicare) hospice agency

  • Competent in Federal (Medicare) and Local standards including Conditions of Participation and Local Coverage Determinations
  • Certifications, Licenses, and other Special Requirements
  • Valid RN license within practice State
  • Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse preferred
  • Reliable transportation and proof of valid automobile liability insurance
  • Must have valid driver’s license
