Safe Horizon Recovery Facility is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist holding qualifications as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). This full-time remote position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of those dealing with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. You will be responsible for providing critical therapy services that focus on the relational and interpersonal dynamics that affect individuals, families, and couples.

This position offers a full-time remote work setting, providing flexibility and the ability to create a conducive work environment tailored to your needs. The outpatient office serves as a supportive backdrop for your engagements with clients, ensuring they receive focused and personalized care. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Safe Horizon Recovery Facility, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients to understand their mental health and substance abuse history.
• Designing tailored treatment plans to address individual, family, and group needs, ensuring these plans are updated regularly based on client progress.
• Providing a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and group sessions, focused on facilitating healing and personal growth.
• Actively participating in weekly multidisciplinary team meetings to share insights, adjust treatment plans, and collaborate on holistic approaches to client care.
• Documenting all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations to ensure a high standard of care.

You will work primarily with individuals who are struggling with substance abuse issues and supporting them through their recovery journeys. Additionally, you will address co-occurring mental health disorders, allowing for a comprehensive treatment approach that considers the complex nature of their challenges. Your work will span diverse demographics, providing you with the opportunity to make a significant impact in their recovery efforts.

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Current and valid licensure in good standing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), which is not under suspension or probation.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred but can be pursued after hire.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of direct clinical experience in mental health settings, with a demonstrated background in substance abuse treatment and co-occurring disorders. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care approaches will be beneficial.

Safe Horizon Recovery Facility offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a robust benefits package that includes:
