Safe Horizon Recovery Facility is actively seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor, specifically LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW accredited professionals, to join our dedicated team. You'll engage in regular virtual meetings and collaborative sessions designed to ensure comprehensive care pathways for our clients.

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Offering individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive support tailored to their unique situations.
• Conducting initial assessments and repeated evaluations to track client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary.
• Creating and managing individualized treatment plans, setting realistic goals in partnership with clients, and following up on their progress.
• Participating actively in multi-disciplinary team meetings, sharing insights and recommendations that enhance overall treatment outcomes.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals dealing with substance use issues and co-occurring mental health conditions. The diverse population you support will include adolescents, adults, and families facing various challenges, from anxiety and depression to relational conflicts. Your expertise will play a crucial role in fostering resilience and guiding them toward recovery pathways.

To qualify for this dynamic role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• A valid license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Science, either as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

While applicants with at least two years of experience in a clinical setting will be prioritized, those who have worked with clients facing substance abuse or co-occurring disorders will find their candidacy particularly strong. Experience facilitating group therapy sessions and developing treatment plans is highly valued.

Safe Horizon Recovery Facility offers a competitive annual salary ranging between $115,000 and $130,000, based on qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
