White's Auto Mall is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Honda Parts Manager to join our team in Hopkinsville, KY. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of parts inventory management, supplier relations, and customer service to ensure efficient operations and satisfaction for our valued customers.
Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory levels of Honda parts to maintain optimal stock.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts.
  • Oversee daily operations of the parts department to guarantee smooth workflow.
  • Assist customers and staff in identifying and locating required parts.
  • Build wholesale mechanical & collision sales.
  • Train and supervise parts department personnel.
  • Monitor sales trends to adjust inventory and improve profitability.
  • Maintain accurate records for ordering, receiving, and sales transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in parts management or a similar role, preferably with Honda vehicles.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
