Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily flow of the Honda Parts Counter, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and accurate service.

  • Assist retail customers, service advisors, and technicians in person and over the phone.

  • Identify, explain, and recommend Honda parts and accessories using electronic catalogs and dealership systems.

  • Take ownership of the customer experience by providing concierge-level support and ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.

  • Process parts invoices, special orders, and returns accurately.

  • Communicate parts availability, pricing, and back-order status clearly and proactively.

  • Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient parts counter and work area.

  • Support inventory control efforts, including stocking and organization as needed.

  • Carry out additional assignments that help create a positive and lasting customer impression.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications
