Duties:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide information about available vehicles and their features 
  • Conduct test drives with potential buyers
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships 
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory and pricing 
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives 
  • Utilize sales management tools to track and manage the sales pipeline

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills 
  • Strong communication and public speaking abilities 
  • Knowledge of dealership operations and automotive sales processes
  • Ability to upsell and cross-sell products and services
  • Familiarity with market trends and competition in the automotive industry
