Job Details Salary: From $18 an hour Job Type: Full Time Location: Woodside, NY 11377 Position Overview As a Finance Assistant, you will support the finance department by handling administrative tasks, ensuring deal compliance, and managing communication with customers and lending institutions. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Key Duties and Responsibilities Perform compliance checks on all deals to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies Submit and process deals efficiently with various lenders Set up electronic contracts for Client Advisors to finalize with customers Manage contracts in transit (CIT), ensuring all stipulations are met and collected Claim incentive cash on Honda performance center when applicable Handle RDR vehicle processes and product cancellations Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relations Conduct scheduled deal audits to maintain deal integrity Complete miscellaneous tasks related to finance and administrative support Work Environment and Schedule This is a full-time position based in Woodside, NY.
