This key role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management to improve customer engagement and drive sales and service opportunities. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase sales and service opportunities. Manage daily BDC operations, ensuring effective lead management and customer follow-up. Train and mentor BDC team members on best practices and advanced communication skills. Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. Collaborate closely with sales and service departments for aligned dealership goals. Stay updated on industry trends to maintain White Plains Honda's competitive edge.
