Job description

Experienced Honda Salesperson, Management Growth Opportunity

Already a top performer on the sales floor? Ready for more?

Bay Ridge Honda is building the next generation of dealership leaders—and we’re looking for a high-performing Honda salesperson ready to grow into management.
This is more than a sales job. It’s a career path for someone who’s earned their stripes, knows how to close, and is hungry to lead. If you’ve ever said, “I could run this place better,” here’s your chance to prove it.
Who We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years of proven Honda sales success.
  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds or similar CRM/DMS.
  • A track record of high CSI, strong customer follow-up, and deal consistency.
  • Natural leadership qualities—you bring others up, not just yourself.
  • A student of the business, eager to learn fixed ops, desking, team development, and process management.
  • Self-motivated and highly coachable with a team-first mentality.
What You’ll Get:
  • A customized growth plan into a management role over 12–24 months.
  • Mentorship directly from General Management.
  • Exposure to all areas of the dealership: sales desk, inventory, finance, service, BDC, and team leadership.
  • Real-time feedback and opportunity to lead pilot projects and initiatives.
  • A chance to earn while you learn—you’ll stay on the floor while leveling up behind the scenes.
Why Bay Ridge Honda?
  • High-volume Brooklyn dealership with real leadership opportunities.
  • Family-owned, tightly run, and focused on long-term team development.
  • A strong leadership team committed to promoting from within.
  • We’ve developed top-tier talent—now we’re doing it again.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Strong commission structure while on the floor.
  • Access to monthly bonus programs and leadership incentives.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Paid time off.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Union benefits available.
If you’re already a closer—but ready to grow into something more—apply now.
Send your resume and a short note explaining why you’re ready to lead at Bay Ridge Honda.
Note: Experience with Toyota, Mazda, or other volume import brands will also be considered.
