Job description

Intern Technician - Fowler Honda Norman

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs safety inspections, oil changes, lubrication work, basic maintenance, and minor repairs as directed

 Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License and MVR acceptable to our Insurance Carrier

Required Education

One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands

The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.  The employee frequently is required to talk or hear.  The employee is occasionally required to sit and taste or smell.  The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Language Skills

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
