Pay Scale: Base Hourly Rate: $16.90 - $20.00 with substantial bonuses based on overall performance and other factors.
What Youll Do
As a Used Vehicle Acquisition Specialist, your role will be dynamic and impactful. Responsibilities include:
  • Build relationships with private sellers, fleet companies, and third-party sourcing platforms
  • Engage directly with customers interested in selling their vehicles to the dealership
  • Monitor online marketplaces and sourcing tools for acquisition opportunities
  • Negotiate vehicle purchases to secure competitive pricing and strong value
  • Analyze market trends and sales history to guide purchasing decisions
  • Coordinate logistics for acquired vehicles
  • Partner with the reconditioning team to prioritize inventory for fast turnaround
  • Track customer demand for high-interest vehicles and assist with sourcing
  • Support marketing efforts by identifying in-demand models
  • Provide insights on market trends to improve acquisition strategies

  • Customer service, sales, or negotiation experience preferred
