What is home based legal research?

Home based legal research involves conducting legal research and analysis from a remote location, usually from one's own home, rather than in a traditional law office or library. Professionals in this role use online legal databases, case law, statutes, and other resources to support lawyers, law firms, or organizations with legal information and documentation. This work may include drafting legal memos, summarizing cases, or preparing legal briefs.
