The Recruiting Coordinator supports the hourly recruiting process by performing essential administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth and timely hiring. This role focuses on processing candidates, scheduling, and supporting onboarding activities, while providing positive candidate experience and representing the company professionally.

How You'll Create Possibilities
• • Review applications for hourly positions and prepare candidate information for recruiters and hiring managers.
• Send interview invitations and coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and interviewers.
• Complete rehire checks for Roper and MyWorkChoice candidates.
• Coordinate scheduling for candidate interviews (may assist with interview logistics but will not conduct interviews).
• Schedule drug screenings and track their completion.
• Coordinate and track medical clearances for new hires.
• Schedule and organize new hire orientation sessions.
• Initiate background checks and monitor their progress.
• Generate Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials for new hires and assist with job placement logistics.
• Support onboarding activities by preparing materials and providing administrative assistance during orientation.
• Attend job fairs and school fairs to provide event support (logistics, registration, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and hiring activities.
• Communicate updates to recruiters and hiring managers regarding scheduling, clearances, and onboarding steps.
