Their responsibilities include preparing and delivering lectures, creating course materials, grading assignments, and providing support to students virtually. This role allows for flexible work arrangements while still maintaining high standards of education and student engagement. The lecturer usually needs strong knowledge of HR practices, effective communication skills, and proficiency in using online teaching tools.

How do home based Human Resource Management Lecturers typically engage and support students remotely?

They schedule regular virtual office hours to address student questions and concerns, and may use collaborative online activities to encourage participation. Building rapport and creating an interactive learning environment remotely can be challenging, but many lecturers leverage multimedia resources and real-world HR case studies to keep students engaged.
