We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our Group Home programs. As a DSP, you'll support 6-8 individuals living together in a shared home, helping them live safely, independently, and with dignity. Your role will include personal and behavioral supports, assistance with daily living, following individualized service plans, and creating a welcoming, comfortable home environment.

Eastwood shift details include: early mornings (6:30-8:30 a.m.), evenings (3:00-9:30 p.m.), and up to 13-hour shifts every other weekend and on holidays.
We provide various work schedules and locations. After the interview, we will match you with the position that best suits your needs. Balancing family and work is essential.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Requires knowledge and skill equivalent to the completion of a high school diploma. Preference is given to those with work experience in the field of developmental disabilities.
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE
Must have knowledge and skills necessary to perform ordinary household functions.
Must possess good observation skills and relate observations accurately, both verbally and in writing.
Must have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform basic computer operations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Will meet and maintain the required certifications to become a medication technician and CPR, First Aid and DD certified as required for the position.
