About AppJaxx

AppJaxx is a fast-growing marketing agency specializing in LinkedIn lead generation and appointment-setting systems for marketing agencies, franchisors, business brokers, and B2B service companies. We help clients scale their businesses through automated outreach, data-driven targeting, and CRM-based follow-up systems.

We’re expanding quickly and looking for a Vice President of Sales to take full ownership of our sales strategy, lead our team, and drive consistent revenue growth.

Position Overview

The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing the sales department. This person will lead a growing team of account executives and business development representatives, implement performance-driven sales processes, and collaborate closely with leadership to hit aggressive growth targets.

This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and knows how to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and scale a sales team responsible for outbound lead generation, discovery calls, and client acquisition.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline — from lead generation through contract close and onboarding handoff.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine offers, outreach messaging, and positioning.
  • Analyze sales metrics (calls booked, close rates, revenue per client, etc.) to optimize team performance.
  • Build systems and automation to streamline the sales process and improve conversion rates.
  • Represent AppJaxx at key client meetings and industry partnerships when needed.
