What is a high rise?

High rise jobs refer to occupations that involve working on tall buildings, typically those with many stories above ground level. These roles can include construction workers, window cleaners, maintenance technicians, and engineers who specialize in high-rise structures. Working in high rise jobs often requires specialized training for safety, the use of harnesses and other protective equipment, and a comfort with heights. Due to the unique challenges and risks involved, these professionals must follow strict safety protocols and regulations.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a high rise building manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as a High Rise Building Manager, you need strong knowledge of property management, building maintenance, safety regulations, and relevant certifications such as a property management license.
