Atlanta, GA - Northside
Job Summary
We are a commercial plumbing company supporting clients that own and manage high-rise commercial office buildings across the northside metro Atlanta area. We are seeking a Georgia-licensed Master Plumber (Class II - Unrestricted) to perform expert-level troubleshooting, repairs, and small project work at multiple client sites, including Alpharetta, Dunwoody, and Buckhead. This is a field-based role requiring strong code knowledge, professionalism in occupied buildings, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshootand repair commercial plumbing systems in occupied high-rise officebuildings (leaks, clogs, drainage, pressure issues).
  • Servicedomestic water distribution and drainage/vent systems; performreplacements and upgrades (fixtures, valves, piping, specialty componentsas applicable).
  • Executesmall installations and modifications to meet client needs and buildingstandards.
  • Ensureall work complies with applicable plumbing codes and company safetyrequirements.
  • Communicateclearly with property managers, building engineers, and tenants regardingfindings, options, and timelines.
  • Documentwork performed, materials used, and job notes using company systems.
  • Travelbetween client sites in the northside metro Atlanta area (Alpharetta /Dunwoody / Buckhead and surrounding corridors).
  • Participatein overtime and/or on-call rotation as needed based on clientrequirements.

  • ActiveState of Georgia Master Plumber License - Class II (Unrestricted) (must be in good standing).
  • Commercialplumbing experience with strong troubleshooting capability.
  • Experienceworking in occupied commercial buildings; professional, customer-servicemindset.
  • Abilityto read/interpret plans, schematics, and job documentation as needed.
  • Validdriver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Abilityto pass standard pre-employment screening (background/drug), as requiredby clients.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experienceinterfacing with building engineers, facility teams, and propertymanagement companies.
  • Lead/working-foremanbackground; ability to guide apprentices/journeymen when required.
  • OSHA10/30 or similar safety training.
Work Location / Travel
  • Field-basedthroughout north side metro Atlanta; frequent travel between sites in Alpharetta,Dunwoody, Buckhead, and nearby areas.
Schedule
  • Full-time;daytime service hours with flexibility for client needs.
  • Overtimeand/or on-call rotation may be required.
