Dental Health Associates of Madison (DHA), a trusted, doctor-owned practice with over 50 years of service to the Madison community, is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our front desk team. In this role, you'll be part of a locally led organization that values teamwork, exceptional patient care, and your professional growth. Position Overview
As a Patient Coordinator at Dental Health Associates (DHA), you'll be the first point of contact for patients, providing them with a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience. You'll play a key role in managing front desk operations, coordinating patient flow, and ensuring that every patient has a positive and seamless experience from check-in to check-out. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll support our dental team and help maintain the smooth operation of our busy clinics.
Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.
  • Handle front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient flow efficiently.
  • Verify insurance coverage, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
