What You’ll DoAs an IT Intern (Service or BA) at Plastic Ingenuity, you’ll support day-to-day technology needs that keep our Cross Plains teams productive. This internship is designed to build real, transferable skills across end-user support, basic infrastructure, and business application assistance.Key responsibilities include help desk ticket ownership from open to close; basic hardware setup, imaging, and deployment; workstation moves and peripheral installs; Windows OS and business app support; applying security/access-control and acceptable-use policies; and assisting with system testing, troubleshooting, and verification against requirements.Required qualifications/skills:- Pursuing a 2- or 4-year IT-related degree- Microsoft Office proficiency- Understanding of networking fundamentals and ticketing operations- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and professional customer service- Ability to lift up to 25 lbsIf you’re looking for a school-year role that builds experience fast, apply today.A Typical DayYou’ll start on-site at 1017 Park Street and get a quick read on what’s in motion for the day—new users coming online, devices being staged, and priorities from the queue.
