Location Requirement: This is an in-office position based in Lancaster, PA. Candidates must be able to work from our Lancaster office; remote applicants will not be considered.
 Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and consistent follow-up within assigned healthcare markets.
  • Coordinate customer appointments, product demonstrations, and meetings through phone, email, and virtual communication.
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations and periodically travel to customer sites, trade shows, dealer locations, and key end-user accounts to demonstrate equipment and support sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare customers, dealers, manufacturers, referral partners, and industry contacts.
  • Manage customer activity, opportunities, follow-up, and pipeline information within the CRM to ensure consistent communication and organization.
  • Represent ProCare Medical professionally while supporting trade shows, customer events, showroom visits, and other sales and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of sales, telemarketing, customer service, or business development experience preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable making outbound prospecting and cold calls to generate new business opportunities and build customer relationships
  • Organized with strong time management skills
  • Comfortable spending the majority of the workweek managing sales activity by phone, email, and virtual meetings, with approximately 10–15% travel.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Healthcare, skilled nursing, or B2B sales experience preferred
