Join our team in our Youngsville, NC location! At Majestic, we are driven by a commitment to delivering certainty and being the Most Professional Trade Partner. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our customers, managing accounts, and ensuring a seamless experience from quote to completion. This role blends sales support, customer care, and relationship management to drive satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Create and distribute quotes for customers mainly renovation and small builder accounts.
  • Ensure Majestic systems reflects accurate quotes, pricing, discount and product requirements.
  • Create and maintain customer records, updating details when contacts change or when customers request quotations or place orders.

Customer Care

  • Maintain communication with customers to coordinate appointments or to obtain updated information in order to process quotes and orders in a timely manner.
  • Assist with incoming calls and respond to all customer emails and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Monitor customer relations and seek to address any open issues. Track and monitor all open issues.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to internal and external customers and to team members through ongoing training and coaching and assisting with handling escalated customer issues as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
