POSITION OVERVIEW:Greg Hoover - State Farm Agent is seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate professional for the role of Life/Health Insurance Position - State Farm Agent Team Member. In this position, you will primarily focus on Medicare products, helping individuals navigate their options and select the best coverage for their needs. Additionally, you will offer life and health insurance solutions to support customers and their families.
Your expertise will enable you to build lasting relationships, provide essential guidance, and grow your income through a service-driven approach. As a trusted resource in the community, we are excited to welcome your skills and dedication to our agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Educate individuals on Medicare plans, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans.
  • Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend suitable Medicare and health insurance products.
  • Explain policy features, benefits, costs, and exclusions clearly and accurately.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing service and support.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal insurance regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Active state insurance license for life and health insurance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance options.
  • Experience in Medicare sales or life/health insurance preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
