What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll combine customer service and relationship-building skills to help both existing and prospective clients with their insurance needs.
Responsibilities include:
  • Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and coverage reviews
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service
  • Provide insurance quotes and help clients identify the right coverage options
  • Round out accounts and identify opportunities to better protect clients
  • Maintain accurate records and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Follow up consistently and communicate clearly with clients and carrier partners
  • Support agency growth through referrals and relationship-based conversations
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive office environment

What We’re Looking For:
  • Active Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License required
