Responsibilities

  • Assess clients’ insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details and benefits.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings through ongoing training and development.
  • Utilize company-provided leads and marketing support to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Engage in outside sales activities, including networking events and community outreach.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy changes.
  • Assist clients with benefits administration and claims processes as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and professional development programs.
  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal insurance regulations.

Requirements

  • Active Health & Life Insurance License
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and virtual meeting platforms
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards in all dealings
