Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Craft and execute a shared services strategy that aligns seamlessly with our financial and operational goals. Identify opportunities to centralize and scale processes for enduring success.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with supervisors to standardize workflows, eliminate redundancies, and implement best practices with a keen focus on continuous improvement.
  • Service Delivery & Performance Management: Establish KPIs, ensure the delivery of high-quality services, and implement dashboards to track trends and performance.
  • Compliance & Internal Controls: Maintain robust internal controls, ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations, and support audits.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with internal leaders and act as a key escalation point for complex issues.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop shared services teams, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Technology & Transformation: Collaborate with IT to enhance automation tools and drive digital transformation initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Required)
  • Eight years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or shared services (Required)
  • Five years of leadership experience leading multi-functional teams (Required)
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen
  • Advanced understanding of compliance and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Twelve years of progressive experience (Preferred)
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and/or Certified Accounts Payable Manager (CAPM) (Preferred)
  • Previous experience in healthcare or multi-entity environments (Preferred)
  • Experience implementing or optimizing ERP systems (Preferred)
