Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Head of Program Management to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery of strategic programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead program management function across the organization
  • Drive execution of strategic initiatives and company priorities
  • Establish program management frameworks and best practices
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Sales, etc.)
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks
  • Track and report program progress to leadership

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of program/project management experience
