We are searching for the best talent for Head of Proteins Development Digital, Operations and Strategy role in Malvern PA or Spring House PA.

Purpose: The Senior Director, Head of Proteins Development Digital, Operations and Strategy (DOS) is a leadership role within Proteins Development, accountable for shaping and executing the function's Digital Transformation, Operations and Strategy agenda. The role partners closely with the VP, Global Head of Proteins Development and the Proteins Development Leadership Team to translate scientific and business priorities into clear plans, disciplined execution and measurable outcomes.

This position operates within a broader Digital Operations and Strategy community across Therapeutics Development & Supply (TDS), maintaining primary accountability for delivery within Proteins Development while participating in a broader DOS leadership community to enable alignment, consistency and scale across TDS.

The role has a solidline reporting relationship into Proteins Development and a dottedline reporting relationship to the TDS Digital, Operations and Strategy lead.

The scope of this role spans an organization of approximately 1000 employees working across multiple regions (North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific).

You will be responsible for:

Strategic Planning, Business Analytics, andBudgetOversight

The role owns the endtoend strategic planning andannual businesscycle for ProteinsDevelopment, ensuring the function's priorities are clear, executable, and aligned with broader TDS direction.This individual will collaborate with Finance and ProteinssubfunctionStrategyandOperationscolleagues.

  • Shaping andmaintainingProteinsDevelopment strategy in partnership with the ProteinsDevelopment Leadership Team

  • Translating scientific and business priorities into actionable strategies, goals, and operating plans.

  • Managingfunctionlevelfinancial managementincludingplanning, reporting,forecastingandvariance analysis across Operating and Capital expenses

  • Utilizingbusiness analytics and insights to support decision making

  • Proven leaderofcomplex initiatives

  • Demonstrated success at developing highly collaborative and effective relationships in complex, highly matrixedorganization

  • Ability to present and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across various levels in the organization

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead the execution of strategy and business transformation and initiatives

  • Experience in assessing technology, externalenvironment& R&D process requirements to successfully drive operational productivity, strategy optimization, processimprovementsandefficiencies

  • Demonstrated experience with Program,Projectand Financial Management

  • Ability to translate data into information and strategies into executable action plans

  • Track recordof successfulchange management

Other:

  • This role may require ~15%domesticand international travel as needed

  • Requires the ability to work on-site a minimum of three days per week, with the option for up to two remote days, in alignment with our flexible work policy
