About the Role:

This position involves assisting nursing and medical staff by providing direct care to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being throughout their treatment journey. The HCA is responsible for monitoring patients' conditions, reporting changes promptly, and helping with daily living activities such as hygiene, mobility, and nutrition. By fostering a compassionate and respectful environment, the HCA contributes significantly to positive patient experiences and outcomes. Ultimately, this role is essential in bridging the gap between patients and clinical teams, ensuring seamless and effective healthcare delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a recognized Healthcare Assistant or Nursing Assistant training program.
