Family Medicine Physician HPSA / Underserved Care Opportunity - Astoria Nao Medical is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician to join our outpatient clinical team. This role is tailored for clinicians interested in dedicated community service, J-1 waiver sponsorship, H-1B transition planning, and/or federal or state loan repayment opportunities. Important Eligibility Notice: Nao Medical operates in fully approved HPSA sites. However, we cannot guarantee J-1 waiver approval, H-1B status approval, or loan forgiveness. Support access to care for diverse patient populations, adhering strictly to Nao Medical clinical, compliance, and documentation standards. Maintain required licensure, DEA registration, credentialing, and payer enrollment.
