We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial interior projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires a detail-oriented leader who can manage multiple projects, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and drive results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Work closely with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate and execute project requirements.
- Lead subcontractor and vendor relationships while also coordinating with our Field Operations Manager who oversees our self-performing crews.
- Utilize Procore, Microsoft Projects, Bluebeam, and Office 365 for project management and reporting.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.
- Solve project challenges proactively and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Drive projects forward with a high sense of urgency and commitment to deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of interior construction experience, with at least 5 years as a Project Manager.
- Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects in active commercial spaces.
- Strong knowledge of commercial interior construction means and methods.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, contracts, and specifications.
- Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Projects, and Office 365.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
