Job description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial interior projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires a detail-oriented leader who can manage multiple projects, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and drive results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Work closely with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate and execute project requirements.
  • Lead subcontractor and vendor relationships while also coordinating with our Field Operations Manager who oversees our self-performing crews.
  • Utilize Procore, Microsoft Projects, Bluebeam, and Office 365 for project management and reporting.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.
  • Solve project challenges proactively and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Drive projects forward with a high sense of urgency and commitment to deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of interior construction experience, with at least 5 years as a Project Manager.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects in active commercial spaces.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial interior construction means and methods.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents, contracts, and specifications.
  • Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Projects, and Office 365.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
