Job description

We build AI technology for the heavy industries: our AI systems are in factories right now making decisions worth billions of dollars per year.

Following our Series A, the company is growing rapidly and is on track to increase bookings fivefold year on year. We aim to make the most of our initial market (steelmaking) in the next two years while launching in new industries at the same time.

Our two main hubs are in London and Austin, Texas. This role is based in either office, with relocation support available for the right candidate.

As part of a world-class product and engineering organization, our employees work directly with customers and across the whole technology stack to iterate quickly in a fun, high-trust, but intense environment.

ROLE

We are looking for our first dedicated Go-To-Market hire to own both our sales enablement and marketing functions end-to-end. This is a critical role as we scale and expand across multiple industries, and drive revenue growth across all channels. This includes:

  • Sales Pipeline & Deal Conversion: Drive lead generation, manage top-of-funnel inbound/outbound sales ops, qualify enterprise leads, and create high-converting pitch decks and collateral for enterprise buyers.

  • Customer Storytelling & Product Marketing: Translate complex technical deployments and AI capabilities into compelling case studies, ROI calculators, product release announcements, and sales collateral tailored for industrial executives and plant operations managers.

  • Digital & Demand Generation: End-to-end ownership of digital demand gen, content creation, targeted campaign execution, social media, and email outreach. We encourage creative experimentation with non-traditional formats like video and visual industrial breakdowns.

  • Events, Conferences & Trade Shows: Find, secure, and run our presence at key heavy industry conferences, trade shows, and technical committees to build high-value pipeline. Over time, you will expand this strategy across multiple industrial sectors.

  • Brand & Visual Presence: Ensure our brand, web presence, pitch decks, and collateral reflect an industry-leading standard.

CANDIDATE

We are looking for candidates who can take complete ownership of revenue generation and brand presence without waiting for direction. Some examples of things we look for:

  • You have a track record of growing revenue, running sales enablement, or marketing campaigns that directly drove revenue or qualified enterprise pipeline.

  • You understand enterprise B2B sales cycles and know how to communicate value to senior industrial stakeholders.

  • You have exceptional writing and communication skills. You are comfortable writing both high-level commercial pitches and deeply technical product prose.

  • You can combine data-driven sales analysis with creative, non-traditional marketing tactics.

  • You are exceptionally resourceful and thrive in an early-stage environment where you build processes and campaigns from scratch.

For this role and all others, we are looking for people with the following attributes:

  • Exceptional ability. Whether in work, school, side projects, or elsewhere, you will have demonstrated exceptional ability. We are open minded about the exact form this takes. Some examples we look for:

    • You have played a key role in an early stage startup or high-growth B2B business

    • You have built and scaled a revenue-generating channel, media platform, or side project

    • You have won hackathons, academic, or professional competitions

  • Excellent communication in speech and writing.

  • Conscientiousness. You want to do good work, regardless of oversight.

  • You are excited to have freedom to work without too much process and friction, but at the same time, excited to share ideas and work closely with others.

  • You're excited to work in the metals industries, and everything that goes with it. That means open to occasional travel to spend time in massive factories, meeting and working with a wide range of people.

  • You are comfortable working in uncertain and dynamic environments.

YOU WILL ALSO
  • Prefer mostly work in the office, colocated with your team, rather than from home.

  • Be open to frequent travel to industry conferences, trade shows, and customer sites to build pipeline and understand customer problems firsthand.
