Job description

About Higgsfield

Higgsfield AI is the leading video AI company redefining synthetic media on socials. The company is entering its next stage of scale with $300M+ run‑rate sales in just 12 months after launch, and a $130M Series A.

Role Overview

Higgsfield AI is looking for a highly commercial, product‑minded GTM Manager to help scale our product‑led growth and enterprise expansion motion during a period of hypergrowth.

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Revenue, Customer Success, and Growth, helping convert product adoption into long‑term commercial expansion across strategic accounts. You will work directly with customers already engaging with the platform to drive activation, increase product consumption, grow contract value, and identify new revenue opportunities.

We are specifically looking for someone who understands how modern PLG and usage‑based software companies grow — especially within AI, GenAI, API, infrastructure, creator tooling, or credit‑based product environments where expansion is driven by product usage, adoption, and customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate has experience working at a PLG‑first company, a usage‑based SaaS business, or a credit‑based GenAI platform where revenue growth came from expanding existing customer relationships, increasing usage, and turning power users into enterprise accounts.

This is a highly cross‑functional role that requires strong customer instincts, operational rigor, and comfort operating in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Key Responsibilities Product‑Led Revenue Growth
  • Own commercial growth across strategic accounts, with a focus on increasing usage, expanding contracts, and growing long‑term account value.

  • Partner with customers already engaging with the platform to drive activation, retention, and expansion.

  • Identify opportunities for increased product adoption across teams, workflows, and use cases.

  • Structure pilots, proofs of concept, renewals, and expansion opportunities.

  • Translate customer usage signals into actionable revenue opportunities.

Customer Engagement & Solutions
  • Lead customer discovery conversations to understand workflows, pain points, and business goals.

  • Demo and iterate with customers directly in the product.

  • Translate AI/GenAI capabilities into clear business value and ROI‑driven outcomes.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers across creative, marketing, growth, and operational teams.

GTM Strategy & Scale
  • Help refine Higgsfield’s enterprise GTM motion as the company scales.

  • Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams.

  • Surface customer insights, product feedback, and market trends to improve adoption and expansion.

  • Bring operational structure to account management, forecasting, and revenue tracking.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in GTM, account management, growth, customer success, enterprise sales, or solutions engineering roles.

  • Strong track record of growing customer contracts within SaaS, PLG, usage‑based, or AI‑native companies.

  • Experience at a PLG‑first, API‑first, or credit‑based GenAI company strongly preferred.

  • Experience managing expansion motions tied to product usage, credits, seats, or workflow adoption.

  • Strong customer discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Ability to communicate complex AI products to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

  • Highly operational and comfortable working cross‑functionally in fast‑paced startup environments.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage usage data and customer insights to drive growth.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact and growth.

Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $145,000 – $165,000, depending on experience, skills, and location.

In addition to cash compensation, we offer equity and a benefits package to support you both professionally and personally.

Higgsfield AI is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
