Overview:

AvePoint is hiring a Revenue Operations GTM Engineer to design and build the underlying technical infrastructure that powers our revenue engine across departments, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.

This role sits within Revenue Operations (RevOps) and treats Go-To-Market execution as an engineered system - not a manual process.

You will architect the automation layer that connects our CRM, marketing platforms, product telemetry, support systems, and financial workflows into a scalable, real-time operating environment.

Your mandate is to:

  • Maximize revenue impact from CRM data and workflows
  • Reduce human-dependent workflows
  • Reduce latency between signal action in the revenue funnel

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Implement GTM Automation: Build and maintain scalable, end-to-end workflows across CRM (Dynamics 365), marketing, customer experience, and financial systems to streamline lead-to-cash and renewal-to-expansion processes.
  • Integrate Revenue Systems: Develop API-based integrations across the GTM tech stack to unify account, engagement, pipeline, and product usage data into a realtime operating environment.
  • Operationalize GTM Strategy: Translate segmentation, routing, scoring, and lifecycle management frameworks into automated system logic that reduces manual intervention and execution latency.
  • Enable AI-Driven Execution: Deploy enrichment pipelines and intent- or usage-based triggers to improve data quality, pipeline prioritization, and next-best-action workflows.

Key Skills:

  • Technical:Proficiency in APIs, SQL, Python/JavaScript, CRM platforms, automation tools, and AI/ML basics.
  • Business Acumen:Deep understanding of sales cycles, marketing funnels, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Analytical:Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and build actionable insights.

Qualifications:

  • Education: BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Revenue Integration: 5+ years building integrations or automation across SaaS platforms
  • Certifications: Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Power Platform preferred but not required.
  • Coding Proficiency: REST APIs, JSON data structures, SQL (data extraction and transformation), Python or JavaScript (Node.js preferred)
  • Workflows and Data: Experience with workflow orchestration or automation platforms. Familiarity with dbt or modern data transformation frameworks preferred.
  • Stack Experience: Hands-on experience with sales stack tools, including CRM  (Dynamics 365), Power BI, Outreach, Gong, 6sense, etc.
  • GTM Awareness: A baseline understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead scoring, and demand generation.
